Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jae The Don. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Jae The Don, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today How did you come up with the idea for your business?

Wellness has been a big part of my life for my entire life. My mom is a nurse and my dad is a police officer so they’ve always instilled in us the importance of taking care of your body. I started my yoga journey 7 years ago and decided to invest in my yoga teacher certification over the pandemic, shortly after that I became a certified life coach. Combining my passion for mind, body and spiritual wellness was a natural and neccessary next step. There is no greater feeling than feeling good …than feeling better, that’s what Good Time Long Time Wellness is about. Often times we underestimate the powerful connection between the 3, mind, body, and spirit. If one area is lacking the others will also be affected, that’s why my business takes a holisitic approach to individual wellness.

Jae The Don, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Jae the don is the owner of Good Time, Long Time Wellness formally known as Queen Tings. My business has evolved over the past couple of years to a holistic wellness brand. Wellness coaching, private yoga, workshops, herbal remedies, you name it. Wellness must be included every aspect of your life, it is my plan to offer women every option I can, whole woman wellness.

I’m most proud of my ability and willingness to recreate and refocus my brand. Our world is changing so rapidly, we as business owners have to be ready and prepared to roll with the waves. Creating new and neccesarry ways to to serve our people.

How did you build your audience on social media?

I build my social media following by creating content and connecting with my tribe. Now the big secret is being authenitc with your content, be the content. Your people will find you, use a few hashtags help them. Make sure the hastags are relevant to the topic and not just there to add emphasis to your text.

If you have multiple revenue streams in your business, would you mind opening up about what those streams are and how they fit together?

Yes, we also have an etsy store. I sell adult coloring sheets with affirmations and yoga poses. Its a digital download so its fairly low maintinence, mosyl front load heavy,
