We recently connected with Jada Sinclair and have shared our conversation below.
Jada, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
Melanin Bank Content Club & Accountability Community was created from a personal place. After spending 8+ years as a social media manager and marketing consultant, I witnessed a common pattern: powerful, talented women—especially women of color—not reaching their goals, not because they weren’t capable, but because they were stuck, overwhelmed, or limited on time and money .
Most women weren’t falling short because they didn’t have what it takes—but because they didn’t have the right systems, support, or mindset to help them get to the next level. So many were trying to hustle harder, when what they really needed was alignment. They were out of sync with their energy, holding onto limiting beliefs, or navigating entreprenership alone with no one to guide them through the blocks that can come up.
That’s why Melanin Bank isn’t just about content. We created a space where strategy, creativity, mindset, and energy meet to help women grow their business with more clarity and confidence.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m the founder of Glow Vibes Social, a branding and marketing agency that’s been supporting women entrepreneurs for the past 8 years. I’ve helped women gain clarity on their next steps, brand their Instagram with purpose, and create expert positioning strategies that boost their visibility and turn their social media into a 24/7 client attraction system.
Now, I’m merging Glow Vibes with Melanin Bank Creative Agency to bring everything under one roof—from strategy, branding, and social media management to brand photography, videography, and mobile content creation. Glow Vibes will serve as our training and done-for-you service hub, while Melanin Bank leads the creative agency, accountability community, and content platform side.
What I’m most proud of is building something I’m truly passionate about—something that lets me get paid for genius while helping other women reach their next level with clarity and confidence. I’m adamant about showing women how to set up their business online like a mini-website—one that builds trust, educates their audience, and leads seamlessly into their sales funnels so they can work smarter. That way, they’re not stuck posting constantly or using strategies that don’t align with their energy or goals.

How’d you meet your business partner?
I met my co-founder, Kai George—an incredible content strategist, photographer, and videographer, and the founder of @contentsugar—completely by chance online. I always remind people that social media isn’t just for promotion; it’s also a space to build genuine connections and be open to opportunities—and more importantly, be the opportunity for someone else.
Our first interaction was actually about a small collaboration for a local event. But what started as a simple collab quickly blossomed into a full partnership. Our synergy, shared goals, strong work ethic, and aligned vision made it clear that we were meant to build something powerful together.

We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.
Yes, both Kai and I successfully scaled our separate side hustles into full-time businesses before partnering to create Melanin Bank.
For me, it was through building Glow Vibes Social, and for Kai, it was through launching Content Sugar. What made the biggest difference for both of us was having a community of women who supported us, standout branding, content that positioned us as experts, and a clear traffic and sales strategy that brought in consistent leads from social media. Those were the key milestones that helped us grow our businesses and step into entrepreneurship full time.
Now, we’re excited to bring the same systems, tools, and strategies that helped us go full time into Melanin Bank—so other women can do the same with clarity, support, and content that converts.
