When Eye of Love first started 12 years ago as an international B2B company, our focus was on developing high-quality pheromone products and establishing partnerships with distributors around the world. We believed in the power of our products and wanted to share them with a global audience. Our initial growth was steady, but we realized that we had the potential to reach even more customers and create a stronger brand presence.
The first major turning point came when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Like many other businesses, we faced challenges due to disruptions in the supply chain and reduced demand from our B2B partners. However, we saw an opportunity to pivot and expand our business model. We decided to venture into the B2C market and leverage the power of social media to connect directly with customers.
To implement this strategy, we invested in creating a strong online presence through various social media platforms. We focused on building an engaged community by sharing educational content, customer testimonials, and lifestyle-related posts.
