We were lucky to catch up with Jacqueline Radulovic recently and have shared our conversation below.
Jacqueline, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
My sisters and I founded BOBO Marketing Services, which focuses on helping businesses with SEO performance and content marketing. I offered Social Media Services as well, but coming from a fashion background. I wanted to branch off and create a sister company that focuses solely on clients social media and offer them my expertise. It was exciting to stand on my own and create my vision and aesthetic. I want to help my clients elevate their social media marketing and truly create a unique user experience for their customers. Combining my marketing knowledge, keen eye for creative detail and overall passion for my work, Two 14 Social is truly an extension of me, named after my birthday that lands on Valentine’s Day (2/14!). My focus is on clients that are trendsetters in their niche. I hope to land clients in the fashion and beauty industries and really work on the creative side with them.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I graduated from University of Central Florida in 2016 with a degree in International and Global Studies, getting involved in Political internships and saw how marketing oneself both online and in-person had a huge affect on how people perceived them and their policies. With my vision to one day work for an international fashion brand and then give-back to the community and get involved politically, I jetted off to NY for my first fashion internship located in Times Square for a Fashion PR community. It was the age instagram was really taking off where anyone can become their own influencer. It got me thinking how I too could start a company of my own one day to focus on fashion and social media and sign-on clients, hopefully internationally too. Being a first-generation born American where all of my family ties are in Serbia, it truly would be the American dream to work for myself helping others in the process expand their vision. I always had a love of look and beauty, blame it on my taurus rising, and it all just made sense for me to finally start on my own.

Can you share one of your favorite marketing or sales stories?
It was the day I decided to start my own company and had a meeting with my now clients. I had to get over on the other side of town to make the meeting in 20 meetings, with Orlando traffic you can see why I was panicking. I didn’t even know I was going to start my own company I just knew I had to take the meeting and land my client and figure it all out later. It was a successful meeting and I made the necessary changes while improving and growing their social media, I was starting and growing my company! I had sleepless nights and imposter syndrome, but I carried on and am still creating and implementing my vision for my company today.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
I find word-of-mouth to be the best. It’s so easy now to see someone’s social media and know if they have a company or social media manager on the account. If you’re doing everything well and with luck, usually someone mentions it to your client and they recommend you. I’m still accepting clients!
