Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jacqueline Padilla. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Jacqueline, thanks for joining us today. Risking taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.
Taking Risk I don’t know where I would be if I didn’t take risk. A lot have been lessons but now I understand why I had to go through them. I’ve always said how you do one thing is how you would do everything. So i decided to take a risk on myself, each time I noticed it developed me more.
I see taking risk like pushing your limits. Exploring what’s out there, doing things you’ve never done. When I decided to take a risk in opening my company, I never looked back and changed my life completely.
Every year I would see significant growth in myself and my business. I started to realize I wanted to keep pushing my limits, take “wise” risks. It made me feel good and the results were great, I was confident about my decisions. I think everyone wants to take them but fear is a big factor. If you believe in your dream and what you deserve it makes easy to take those risks. You just have to trust yourself and be confident in what your pursue. I push my limits with my clients and vendors there are so many options and ideas out there. I try to create custom events for all my clients. I constantly take risk showing them ideas or letting me trust me to create what they vision. I’m constantly taking risk even now, I have to! Its the only thing that will make room for growth.
Jacqueline, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
At the beginning of my business I had a major set back I had a client did a charge back on her entire wedding even after we went out of state to do their huge wedding. It was a complete set back financially and mentally. It challenged my decision, Id ask myself if this something I want to continue to do and how to make sure it never happens again. I had to take that lesson, learn, see what I did wrong and move forward.
Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
I had no funding no capital I built each block one by one.
