We were lucky to catch up with Jaclyn Milford recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Jaclyn thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
I am a community builder by nature. I am most interested in needling the thread between us, in being playfully curious about life and the beauty that can be explored in our differences. I hope that through all of my work on different projects, it will be seen that everything I did was with that in mind.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I’m a business strategist and consultant by trade. I own two companies and have a new restaurant called Vinyl Fish Club opening in Fall of 2022 in West Palm, which will be the first NFT listening bar and restaurant in South Florida with a social membership. I love creating meaningful moments and I’m primarily focused on developing sustainable brands that are highly impactful in that way.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
What helped me build my reputation was being true to myself and not molding to fit in. I’m an out of the box thinker, and when it comes to my projects, I always bring other creators and business owners I admire into what I’m doing. It’s all about relationships in the end for most industries. Build your network and your network will build you.
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I directly reach out often. I check on my network like they’re family, because for me they really are. They’ve been with me, so I want to always keep that personal touch going.
