Jacklin, appreciate you joining us today. Any thoughts about whether to ask friends and family to support your business. What’s okay in your view?

this is too important for a business to work and be successful, I have had the support of my family, we are a team from whom can take care of my children …. who can accompany me during the party setup, when I am too tired and You still have a job, when things are not going well, in all these moments I have had the support of my family… especially my brother. I hope that every business owner can have a family like mine 🤗

we are Sweet surprise kansas a company of decoration and planning of social events. children’s parties, weddings, fifteen years, birthdays… we have an additional fantastic product: surprise breakfasts, flower arrangements, personalized details, I want to be on the happy side of life… we love every party we throw, we are committed to making the dream of a party come true.

We make fun themes where the client identifies and interacts with the work. We take care of every detail, we transform the space in an organized way, we are a professional team in what we do. without a doubt our clients receive excellent attention, they are part of our life and our growth as a company, we are a family that continues to grow every day with a lot of love for what we do…

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Our clients are our family too. They make us part of their moments, we know some of their tastes, dreams, their families and everything we can see during the process, give them the time, space and understand their needs, responding with a professional job, and helping everything go well. It is what has allowed us to grow with each one…

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?

Fortunately for me, this partner is my brother, he is the most responsible and creative person I know, we share the same dream and we help each other, we have grown considerably and we are working to show new things, we want to be different and offer something new
