Alright, Jackie thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you tell us about an important lesson you learned while working at a prior job?

The most important lesson that shaped me as a business owner came from my time in commercial real estate. Before I launched Elevate Media, I wore two hats: a marketing professional and a licensed agent/transaction coordinator for a leading firm. This dual perspective was incredibly insightful.

As a marketer, I consistently saw how even top-tier listings failed to capture attention because their visuals weren’t compelling. This taught me that effective real estate media isn’t just about pretty pictures. It’s about demonstrating client value, building trust as high-caliber brokers, and ultimately, driving results.

I witnessed firsthand how high-quality real estate media, combined with strategic storytelling, could genuinely transform a business. It accelerated sales cycles and attracted more serious inquiries. That profound realization became the foundation of Elevate Real Estate Media, where we provide elevated visual narratives for the modern real estate market.

Hi! My name is Jacqueline Mendoza, but please call me Jackie. I’m the founder of Elevate Real Estate Media here in Austin, Texas. My background is a bit unique – I have an Architecture degree from Texas A&M and worked in commercial real estate on both the marketing and transaction side. This experience allows me to approach real estate media differently; I don’t just capture a space, I understand the design, what sells, and the story behind it.
