Hi Jackie , thanks for joining us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

I always knew I wanted to be my own boss and work at my own schedule. It isn’t easy but you do meet amazing humans . I am thankful for all the support Serenity Lashes has received since it launched .

Hello I’m Jackie I am the owner of Serenity lashes . Serenity has 1 year going on 2 that it’s been out in the industry, Serenity Lashes offers …lashes, lash glue, mirrors by the way there so cute , also makeup . Serenity has received so much love from most of the states, cities, countries, an I am so thankful for the support for all the friendships I have received. I try to give my customers the best service and have giveaways once in a while to thank them for the support they give us.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

I have learned that their will be people who will try to drop your prices because “it’s to expensive “ but go to other companies and buy it for more . And I’ve learned that I sale experience and great quality of products.!

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Tip that I give to the once’s who are just starting is , be constant on posting and engaging with your followers
