Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jace Stenersen. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Jace thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
It takes a lot. But in my mind, success at least starts with a good mindset and building trust from those around you. Treating people with respect will positively impact both your personal and business life immensely. There’s may be world of what it takes to be successful, but for me, a smile and a handshake will go a long way!
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Jace Walker Stenersen and I’m an artist/photographer. I spend most of my time outdoors looking for the next moment to capture. When I was 16, I started selling art by attending local art shows. It was there where I’d sell my first ever printed photographs. In June 2021 at age 19, I opened my very own art gallery in downtown Long Beach, Washington.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Having an art gallery and being able to meet people in person has been the best source for new clients. Being able to tell my story and see people face to face is a way to make a special connection between customers old and new.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I built my audience by posting as often as I can and working with others to promote my brand. Building an audience takes time. Post as often as you can, collaborate with other brands, and don’t be afraid to try new things!
