Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jac Hell. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Jac , thanks for joining us today. Do you wish you had waited to pursue your creative career or do you wish you had started sooner?

Definitely wish we started sooner, as a new band we go through a lot of trial and error. That comes down to the writing process, playing live shows, equipment failures etc… we are still trying to get our foot in the door as a local band and really get our name around south Florida

Jac , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

We are Worldeater, we’re a blackened metal band with elements of funeral doom, melodic metal and death metal. We just released our first album May 4th called A Beginners Guide to Curses and Maledictions. We are super proud of our first record as there was a lot of blood and sweat poured into the writing process as well as recording process. We hired Derek Roddy as our producer who is most famous for drumming with bands such as Nile, and Hate Eternal and is one of the top drummers in the world.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

Our mission is to be the best musicians we possibly can. We put a lot of hard work with practicing and live shows and want to make sure the listener has the best experience possible.

Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative?

Non musicians should understand what it is a band really does. We’re spending countless hour’s dedicating time to our craft, countless money to get our material to the listener. Outside our full time jobs this is another form of work that we enjoy doing. There will always be high times and low times and struggles along our journey, the best thing to do is to keep moving forward.
