Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Izi Chinchay. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Izi, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What was it like going from idea to execution? Can you share some of the backstory and some of the major steps or milestones?
It’s Is all about taking consistent baby steps daily. Over and over again, no matter how I felt about it just taking steps in the right direction not perfect steps not fancy steps just steps in the right direction. Coming up with a legitimate plan to replace my income from corporate so that I could escape the 9 to 5 and build something I was proud of.
Izi, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I always had an entrepreneur spirit since I was a child, but Soccer was all consuming, so I had never had the time to fully go all in on starting my own business until I decided to leave Soccer and corporate. Trying corporate was the biggest eye-opening experience for me, realizing that I could either spend the rest of my life making Someone else rich or Trying to make myself rich. It felt obvious to me. I Basically just took my side hustle and my full-time thing. (Coaching) At first, it was an in person soccer coaching business, but then it expanded to the online space and the recruitment space and has changed my life completely. I want everyone to know about me I’m saved by Jesus and would not be who I am without him. I also want them to know that they can do whatever they want in life Without being exceptionally smart, talented, or having a lot of money.
Can you open up about how you funded your business?
I really like this question because I think sometimes people think they need a lot of To start something And that’s what holds them back. I started with pretty much zero $$. And only focused on making money. It’s simple, but I think people overlook that a lot. Especially getting into service based industry. Simple scales fancy fails.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
The most important part is to care about the person you are trying to reach more than you care about looking a certain way. Try a lot of different content, post and ghost and stay consistent.
