We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Izanna Levintova. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Izanna below.
Hi Izanna, thanks for joining us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
When Lynette first contacted our travel startup, she was feeling overwhelmed by the thought of planning her upcoming trip to Italy. She had heard so many conflicting reviews and recommendations from friends and online sources, and she wasn’t sure where to begin. That’s when she decided to reach out to us for help.
We listened to Lynette’s travel preferences and budget, and then matched her with one of our local experts in Italy. Our concierge was able to provide personalized recommendations for Lynette based on her interests and what was currently happening in the country. We planned an incredible trip for Lynette that included visiting hidden gems in Florence, taking a wine tour in Tuscany, and even securing reservations at a popular restaurant that is typically fully booked.
Lynette was extremely satisfied with her trip and the personalized service she received from our company. She was happy to have avoided the common tourist traps and to have experienced true local culture. She even referred her friends to our service for their own upcoming trips.
Thanks to our concierge service and the knowledge of our local experts, Lynette was able to have the trip of a lifetime, and we’re proud to have played a small part in making that happen.
Izanna, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I have always been a creative soul, with a passion for bringing ideas and visions to life. I studied business economics and marketing in college and was actively involved in numerous fundraising events for my sorority’s philanthropy. I pursued a career in marketing before transitioning into the world of tech entrepreneurship. I am passionate about business and community, and love finding ways to bring people together and create positive change.
In the past year, I founded Onsite, a company that aims to revolutionize the full service travel planning industry. With a focus on helping modern, female travelers achieve authentic, concierge experiences, Onsite utilizes today’s advanced technology and a high-touch service approach to make the planning process as smooth and seamless as possible. The Onsite team has made great strides in finding our niche market and launching our MVP application. We are now in the process of raising our pre-seed round to take the company to the next level. I am passionate about helping people discover new and exciting destinations, and am committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. I believe that with the right combination of technology and personal attention, anyone can have the trip of their dreams.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am also deeply committed to personal growth and development. I believe that by healing the inner self and releasing negative blocks, we can open up space for abundance and positive energy to flow in. I have found that this inner work not only helps me to achieve my goals, but also helps me to attract the right people and opportunities into my life. I am constantly learning and seeking out new ways to improve my frequency and encourage others to do the same. Ultimately, by operating at a high frequency, we can create a ripple effect of positivity and abundance in our own lives and in the world around us.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Building an audience on social media was a key part of our customer acquisition strategy for our travel company. When we first started, we knew that we needed to reach as many people as possible and show them the value of our brand.
We began by identifying the platforms where our target audience was most active and created a content strategy that would resonate with them. We shared beautiful photos and videos of the destinations we offered, as well as information and tips regarding all aspects of travel. We made sure to post trending content that our customers can relate to. Keeping up with and executing all the trends is honestly the fun part of the process.
We also made sure to engage with our followers by responding to comments and messages, and we reached out to influencers in the travel industry to collaborate with us. This helped us to grow our reach and attract new followers.
In addition, we also used paid advertising to target our ideal audience and drive them to our website.
My advice for those just starting to build a social media presence is to be consistent with your content and engagement, and to always keep in mind your target audience. Also, don’t be afraid to experiment with different types of content and platforms, and consider using paid advertising to help drive growth. And remember to have fun with it, building a social media presence can be a lot of fun.
