Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Isiah Davis. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Isiah thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. When you’ve been a professional in an industry for long enough, you’ll experience an industry-wide U-Turn, an instance where the consensus completely flips upside down or where the “best practices” completely change. If you’ve experienced such a U-Turn over the course of your professional career, we’d love to hear about it.
In today’s professional industry landscape, we are witnessing a shift like moving from foot travel to horse back, and then from horse back to automobiles. This mirrors the rapid development of automation. On the other hand, the physical dimension of this U-turn is the necessity for flexibility and the mindset of a life long learner. I like to compare this journey to a curve in the road, where there are curve ahead signs in driving, but in life, there are no curve ahead signs. This is where the bend but don’t break mentality activates, because today’s best practices might not be tomorrow’s.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
For those who may not have read about me before I started by just working then when I learned that if I can work for someone then I can work for myself. So I incorporated multiple companies that serve for solving universal problems. Our corporation has dipped into over 25 different industries from food to automobile and many more. We are most proud of the intellectual creativity that our brand of people house & that has set us apart from other companies because we are producing good people not good employees.
We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to unlearn being accepted or liked and not be bothered by people. The back story to that was just multiple low vibration experiences and encounters. Once I learned that it’s okay to leave people behind I became more fulfilled and began to use that to raise up higher in life and mentally.

How did you build your audience on social media?
We built our audience by just keeping the people involved. Creativity allowed us to change how we get information across to our community. We develop a communication line between our clients partners and team members through general pieces of content or a video all of the small things play into how big or small your companies social media presence will be along with how different your media team is.
