Isaiah, appreciate you joining us today. What’s the kindest thing anyone has ever done for you?

one of my close friends had seen a new keyboard coming out that i had wanted bad and the day it came out he brought it over to my house. I made him probably about 5 beats that day lol

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I was introduced to the music world thru a good long term friend (shawn Jenkins) by watching him make beats on a roland beat machine. I never wanted to make beats but love to be around the music. When he stopped using the roland beat machine, he then started using a playstation game called “Music Generator”. Thats when my life changed. I found out that is was in the stores and i started looking for it. When i got that game on a Friday evening i locked in and started making beats. On monday i went and got a job at the shipyard. I went from never being in the house to never leaving the house. My mom thought something was wrong wit me because of the change that happened so fast lol. Thanks to the “Music Generator” my live changed forever

We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.

I started with a playstation making beats while working in the shipyard. Networking and letting people hear what i was doing helped to start making money from it and over the years things just started to get better and better. Next thing i know my job was getting in the way of my side hustle because I had a lot more people calling trying to work with me.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I think what helped build my reputation within my market is my sound and im always the same person no matter whos around or what there have to bring to the table. I remember still when some people would get mad when i would work with bigger names. I mean they called to work with me and to spend money. Thats when i seen people change and forced me to look at them different. It helped me see alot
