Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Isabella Filip. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Isabella, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
One of the core differences that sets Vogue Affairs Weddings apart from many traditional planning companies is our all-in-one approach that merges elegance, affordability, and design execution under one roof. While most planners focus solely on coordination and outsource every visual element, we offer full-service planning that includes high-end decor design, custom faux florals, and curated styling, all tailored to budget-conscious couples who don’t want to sacrifice beauty or sophistication.
We created Vogue Affairs Weddings to challenge the idea that luxury weddings are only accessible to those with limitless budgets. Our clients often come to us overwhelmed by the fragmented process of hiring separate vendors for coordination, florals, and design — which adds stress, inconsistency, and inflated costs. By housing these services in one place, we simplify their planning journey and deliver a cohesive, elevated experience from start to finish.
One bride told us she was prepared to DIY her entire wedding because she thought she couldn’t afford professional help. When she found us, she was shocked to learn she could access upscale design, stylish decor, and personal planning support — all within her means. Seeing her walk into her reception in tears of joy because it looked like “a wedding from a magazine” is exactly why we do things differently.
We don’t just plan weddings — we transform spaces and create moments that are both attainable and unforgettable. Our work is driven by heart, artistry, and a deep understanding that elegance shouldn’t be exclusive. That philosophy runs through everything we do at Vogue Affairs Weddings.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My name is Isabella Filip, and I’m the founder and creative force behind Vogue Affairs Weddings, a luxury wedding planning and design company based in Central Florida. I entered this industry with a passion for creating beautiful, meaningful experiences — not just events. What started as a love for celebrating others and bringing joy through thoughtful details has evolved into a full-scale company that merges elegant design, intentional planning, and affordable luxury for couples who want it all — without the stress.
At Vogue Affairs Weddings, we specialize in wedding planning, coordination, high-end faux florals, and sophisticated decor design. What truly makes us stand out is our ability to provide all of this under one roof. Many planners operate separately from the creative elements, but we curate every visual and logistical aspect so the entire experience feels seamless and cohesive — from the ceremony arch to the floor plan and timeline. Our couples love that they can lean on one trusted team for everything, saving time, energy, and often money.
We proudly serve budget-conscious couples who still want a celebration that looks and feels like luxury. We don’t believe elegance should be reserved for the elite. Instead, we’ve built a brand that proves you can have magazine-worthy moments, exquisite design, and personal attention — all within reach.
Our most popular services include full-service planning, day-of coordination, and our signature Luxe Experience décor collection, which features modern centerpieces, candle displays, tabletop chandeliers, fine flatware, and premium faux florals that rival the real thing. We also offer custom 3D wedding design mockups based on our clients’ Pinterest inspirations and help guide every step from budget tracking to vendor sourcing and stationery design.
What I’m most proud of is the impact our approach has on our clients. So many couples come to us overwhelmed and unsure if they can pull off the vision they’ve dreamed of. Seeing their reactions on the wedding day — full of joy, tears, and awe — reminds us why we do this. We don’t just check boxes; we tell love stories through design and coordination.
If you’re looking for a planner who can bring your dream wedding to life while making the process feel easy, inspiring, and fun — Vogue Affairs Weddings was made for you.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Building our audience on social media has not been easy and it still is a journey built on consistency, creativity, and connection. When I first started Vogue Affairs Weddings, I knew I had to show more than just the end results of our weddings — I had to show the experience, the process, and most importantly, the people behind the magic (although I don’t like to show my face often).
I began by sharing behind-the-scenes moments, mood boards, design mockups, and personal glimpses into what it’s like to plan and design luxury weddings for real couples. I posted recaps after every wedding, highlighted thoughtful details like table settings and faux florals, and made sure to tag all the vendors and venues involved — which helped expand our visibility organically. Little by little, our work started to get noticed, and clients began to say they felt our vibe before they ever reached out.
My advice for anyone starting to build their social media presence:
Be consistent, even when it feels like no one’s watching. Every post is a brick in the foundation of your brand.
Share what makes you unique. Don’t be afraid to talk about your process, your values, and the specific problems you solve.
Use video. Reels and stories help people connect with you faster than still photos alone. Don’t worry about being polished — focus on being clear and relatable.
Tag and engage with others. Your community is everything. Shout out vendors, reply to DMs, and comment meaningfully on others’ posts.
Quality over quantity. Beautiful, well-lit content with heart always wins over generic filler posts.
Social media has become more than just a portfolio for us — it’s a conversation with our audience, and often the first “hello” before they ever inquire. The best part? It gives us the chance to inspire, educate, and build trust — long before the wedding day arrives.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
There was a time in my career when I was saying yes to every type of event — from rustic backyard celebrations to baby showers and everything in between. I was grateful for the work, but over time, I began to feel a disconnect between the events I was producing and the kind of experience I truly wanted to offer. Deep down, my heart was pulling me toward elegant, elevated weddings — the kind that take your breath away, without requiring a six-figure budget.
That realization became my pivot point.
I made the bold decision to shift my entire focus and reimagine my brand. I slowly phased out rustic inventory and began investing in luxe white florals, upscale tabletop pieces, and timeless decor elements that could bring sophistication and refinement to any venue. I knew there was a gap in the market — couples who craved a luxurious look, but didn’t have a limitless budget. I built Vogue Affairs Weddings around solving that exact problem.
It was a risk to niche down, but it changed everything. I found my purpose, and more importantly, my ideal clients started to find me. That pivot not only aligned with my passion, but it elevated the quality of work I was producing and allowed me to stand out in a very saturated market.
The biggest lesson I learned? Sometimes, you have to say no to good opportunities to make space for the great ones that align with your calling.
