Hi Isaac , thanks for joining us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
The moment that i decided to become a bodybuilder. My business was doing well, but once I made this decision my business grew exponentially! I learned so much more about discipline by following my plan to get on stage. That discipline transferred over to my business because I was able to become a better coach, and was able to handle my business better. From a marketing standpoint; I shared my journey and showed what discipline and hard work would really do for someone. People seeing this journey made them want my help that much more

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I got into the fitness industry after yo-yo-ing with my weight through my 20’s after being a college athlete. I was able to get myself in shape and stay in shape. Once I did this I realized I could help others. I got certified and then started my own training practice. In 2016 I discovered I could train people on line and my business JUMPED. At that point it was just via email and text, but now we offer a comprehensive and customized workout and nutrition solution via our app. We use this to train clients across the globe both in person and virtually

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
By creating a strong social media presence. That was key to our growth. Following through with the posts about motivation by showing the results of myself and our clients both on the lifestyle and bodybuilding sides. Using social media to broadcast our results people couldn’t deny the success of our program
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Being honest and genuine. It’s ok to admit you don’t know. Being a brand that people can trust and believe in is crucial to growth. People see the results and we are honest about how are clients achieve these results. People then take us at face value and word of moth spreads. Be uncompromising when it comes to your message… our message is No Excuses Only Results and it resonates because we embody it!
