Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Got into the industry by teaching myself how to decorate cookies and then working my way through bakeries while taking side work on the weekends. Eventually I decided to try and make my business my fulltime job and through hard work and persistence I haven’t had to turn back since.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

At Sweetday Cookies we value customer service as high as anything else. Our reviews on pretty much every platform are across the board 5 stars, this is intentional. We have no problem taking a huge loss on a single transaction if that means that the customer is satisfied. We think the best marketing tactic is to have a really good product.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.

I am married to my partner and he pushed me to start the business in the first place and has been supportive of me since day one. He has been in and out of helping the business but has always believed in me, even when I didnt.
