We recently connected with Ira Cosmos and have shared our conversation below.
Ira , appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.
The story about unusual family portraits. On of my client had vision of paintings where each canvas has an classical car from his collection and family members. His family is huge, so it will take 11 paintings to accomplish the dream. For today i painted 5 already, working on 6. He was looking for an artist to do that for 25 years until we met. Each canvas take a lot of time, because when you paint a car, everything must be right, I can’t miss any details. And family, everyone knows we never have good pictures of the person when we need it )). So I work with what we have, changing poses, highlights, expressions. Fitting them to the car and landscaping. I love painting challenging work 😂. I will attach the pictures, words don’t express art ))).

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I was born as an artist. All I did gust followed my start. I wanted to be only the artists, anything else never touched the bottom of my heart. And I think it’s way easier to be who you are instead of trying to walk not yours paths.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
As an artist I work with different companies, art teams, teaching art . I learned that fist is respect to everyone who around you. Second it’s attention to details, to every person and third is responsibility .As the curator of the project I responsible for all mistakes, so if I see that, someone of my team doesn’t know what to do , I teach, I show how to do this.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Just do best I can and always learn new
