Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
We keep in touch with clients through emails and hosting local events. We also send postal mailings once a year. Fostering brand loyalty is done by creative and distinctive colors and logo. We have purchased Tshirts for followers. We have also ensured all paper marketing materials stick to the color palette.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
The greatest lesson is financial management and keeping expenses low. Many times we purchase items that are not necessary. When your not generating revenue you need to look at things that are nice to have but not necessary.
