We recently connected with INESA PANE and have shared our conversation below.
INESA, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you share an important lesson you learned in a prior job that’s helped you in your career afterwards?
I work as a Television News Journalist. By this profession, I learn a lot about life (until today). This job teach me to understand other’s perspective, adapt with many situations and learn a lot of things. I also experience many things. I see variety of cultures, language, custom, nature landscape, visit many places, covering economic, social cases and phenomenon. See the facts in every aspect. These are so meaningful.
It feels like, God has destined me to do these activities . I was telling myself to explore this world. To learn new things and keep open-minded. And I want to keep doing these. Believe in yourself, happy and the universe will always has your back. You will achieve your goals :)

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Well, You can call me Inesa. I’m a journalist and food enthusiast :D
Any advice for managing a team?
Always tell them what you want to do to your project. Give them the details. If they have a good and positive mind, they will understand what we have to do. However, we must understand about our team condition particularly their health. If we don’t have a good health, we can’t achieve what we want.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
Maybe this is not about to unlearn but something that I always believe and I will hold on it forever. I always believe to not trust something from other’s opinion. I will believe it when I have experienced it. And this is so true. When you believe something from other’s opinion or perspective, you are closing your mind. It’s like, “You are eating a food from somebody else’s chew”. But when you are directly experience it, you will get the point.
