Hi Indigoz, thanks for joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?

Indigoz Shoes has the best customer, we’ve made our pricing affordable for them and now we will be offering, if you have shopped with us before and order again you will be getting a 50% discount for shopping with us again, showing our customers, we really appreciate them. Our customers have actually made videos and taken pictures of them wearing our shoes, confessing that they love the style and comfort of our shoes. One customer gloated that she danced the night away in our shoes, something she wasn’t able to do in other designer looks. This meant a lot to our company and brand, because we pride ourselves on providing designer looks with maximum comfort, because of our specialty insoles in every shoe, giving you a feel of walking in sneakers, no matter the style whether it be heels, boots, or flats. Knowing our vision of providing a quality product like ours is really working and helping people look and feel good makes every struggle and going through the process worthwhile.

Indigoz Shoes became the brand that it is, because we wanted to provide a solution to a problem, with a vigorous research routine of people watching, asking questions of different shoe consumers, also our team wearing different designer shoe brands, and working for different shoe companies. Indigoz Shoes knew we had to provide comfort, which was a big issue for everyone and we wanted to make sure our customers looked amazing with our innovative styles. Because footcare is not a focus for most designer shoe brands we knew we had to bring it to the forefront for our company, which makes us stand out in a industry that only focuses on the esthetics of their products. Indigoz Shoes also, is focused on making sure all people possess a pair of shoes across the global with us donating shoes in the near future, that are speciality made for all weather to be given to people who are still walking around with no shoes on their feet in 2024, with our organization, stepping out on faith foundation. 2024 is the year for new beginnings for Indigoz Shoes, with new styles, new opportunities and more business support and structure this will be an amazing year for the company and years to come.

Indigoz Shoes Mission is to provide designer looks and maximum comfort. Also donating our specialty shoes across the global, these are some of the things that are definitely a driving force for our journey and success. We are passionate about not only providing a quality product, but also helping others along the way, who have no control over their circumstances. Leaving a legacy and doing our part in making this world a better place is big for us as well.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

What helped Indigoz Shoes build our reputation within our market, was that we stay close to our customers, listening to their wants and needs and actually giving them what they asked for and expected. We work hard to make sure our styles are different from others and that our specialty insoles have the best comfort that they can provide, staying true to our mission. We also provide outstanding marketing and eye catching ads that brings to life our vision for the brand and also helps our customers with pairing ideas, also lite education on footcare.
