My name is Ilona Alidzaeva and I am the founding director at Revoläshion. It fills my heart with gratitude to have this opportunity to share my entrepreneurial journey, which has been nothing short of extraordinary as well as introduce my brand to your audience.
My personal voyage in the industry began nearly 16 years ago, and in 2018, Revoläshion was born with headquarters now located in both Laguna Beach, California, and Montreal, Quebec, Canada alongside a warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah and a remarkable team that has made all of this possible.
Revoläshion caters to an international clientele, offering high-end products and advanced education for aestheticians and cosmetologists specializing in eyelash extensions. We have earned our place among the leading brands in the beauty industry, renowned for providing top-tier professional lashing products and hosting sought-after training programs. I’ve personally had the privilege of training nearly 1500 students across the globe, an immensely rewarding experience as both an artist and a business owner.
At Revoläshion, we take immense pride in our product line, which now boasts nearly 100 different products. Each of these products has been meticulously developed and curated by seeking the finest available materials, ingredients, and formulations from around the world. Our focus has always been to elevate and maintain industry standards, encouraging professionals to continuously strive for improvement and success throughout their careers.

Something that is not commonly brought into the typical conversation regarding social media growth is the customer service aspect of the brand in question. For Revoläshion, customer service has always stood as the bedrock of our strategy, creating a ripple effect as satisfied customers were compelled to sing the praises of our brand on social platforms. This profound impact on our brand’s perception manifested as thousands of industry professionals took to Instagram and Facebook to authentically praise not only our products but also the impeccable and personalized service they experienced.
