We were lucky to catch up with Ifelolorun Amanda Shittu recently and have shared our conversation below.
IFELOLORUN AMANDA, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?
I hope my legacy will be that I was able to help thousands of people build generational wealth from the little they have and also that I brought a lot of people up, gave them platforms to shine their lights rather than try to kill it.

IFELOLORUN AMANDA, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My name is Ifelolorun Amanda, I am an investor championing investments in Real Estate, Agriculture and other commodities, I am also an excellent project manager and a fashion designer. A few years back while I was still in the university studying Estate Management, I discovered that I have a huge flair for investing aside from the fact that it is the only way to build generational wealth, I also love to help people find viable investments across sectors. As the passion grows, I started a company in 2022 named Queensfort where we advise smart investors accordingly after carrying out our feasibility and viability assessment on the said investment, we also present them with various opportunities across board. We do the heavy lifting for our clients and manage their investment risks also, ensuring they get good returns on their investments. I am proud of how well I am learning on the job leading to unlocking new levels for me and Queensfort. One thing about us on this investment journey is that, we will never give to our clients what we cannot take as an organization, we offer good investment opportunities only.
We are just getting started, we will not stop until Queensfort comes to mind whenever you think of investment in Africa.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Ever since we started in 2022, building a clientele as a student whose contacts were mostly students was a major roadblock. Real estate is high ticket, you need to get it across to those who are comfortable enough to afford it whether outrightly or installmentally. It was a bit discouraging as we went for months without closing a deal, although we kept posting and all. Eventually we closed our first deal, then months after we closed the second but we had still not cracked the code on how to build a rich client base. But one thing we kept doing was showing regardless, talking to people about it and letting them know that we know our onions. We hosted webinars and the likes and we kept going. Because we did not want to push our product like the rest of the market, we came up with an investment scheme that accommodates people who will love to invest in Real estate but they don’t have the bulk cash and this literally is changing the game for us. Regardless of what lies ahead, you can be certain that we will still Go again.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
All the years of showing up without closing a single deal gave us the opportunity for our potential clients to know who we really are, we were able to build trust with them at the grassroots. Also, we established ourselves as people of integrity and trustworthy, these currencies are what we have been spending since we introduced our game changing investment scheme.
