Alright, Ibrahim thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We love asking folks what they would do differently if they were starting today – how they would speed up the process, etc. We’d love to hear how you would set everything up if you were to start from step 1 today

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

in 2009, I finish culinary art school In Turkey And started my career.. After spending couple years in the kitchen, I wanted to learn about different food & culture and found myself in San Diego with zero English. It was not an easy beginning but I have learn a lot. I really really believe that if you want to be successful, most important thing is to get out of your comfort zone and just do it. I spend 4 years in different restaurants and hotels until I realize that, I really really love my job but I don’t like to be limited. I love to cook but I love to cook that what I like to eat. I really believe that cooking is an art and I want to be free with. That is the reason what makes me decide to start my business. Of course it was hard in the beginning but when we have the right path for ourselves even that hard parts bring happiness. Now I’m creating little food experiences in San Diego. Currently I have 2 different concepts;

-Grilled Cheese Station
-Best-ever Chicken Over Rice

Any advice for managing a team?

Happinesses happiness happiness. We all need good hands to grow business. Without them we cannot be successful. My most important job in this operation is to make sure everyone is happy as much as possible.
We have to make sure that everyone comes in happy and want to be there. Not have to be there because they have to work. Sounds little cliche but we have to be a family.
