Alright, Humberto thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
One thing I would change about my industry is the education to the consumer. Many know about real estate and many know it’s good but do not actually no the specifics on why or how to manage real estate. Real estate how shown time and time again it is the most reliable asset one could have. I like to take the time to educate all my clients on all the benefits of their purchase/investment.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
How I joined my industry is actually a funny story. I graduated in Marketing and decided it was not for me and I friend of mine was already in this industry. He reached out to me and told me I would like it, and the rest is history. I gave it a shot and haven’t looked back ever since. I enjoy walking my clients through the process of obtaining a loan. From step 1 to the day of closing I take pride in being able to not only guide every clients specific situation but also informing them and making them more educated throughout the process. The main thing I want all my clients to know when working with me is my unparallel dedication to my craft. I will not let a deal good side ways if there is a possible solution for it!
Any advice for managing a team?
Throughout my time I have learned that managing people is it’s own unique job. Learning to manage individuals take not only time but dedication to each, especially if you want them to be successful. I believe the most important thing is to show them all the light at the end of the tunnel. That way each individual person does to complete a job is important and why it is important!
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I believe brand presence is very important! I try to go to as many networking events as possible. Connections are just as important as education!
