Horatio, appreciate you joining us today. What was the most important lesson/experience you had in a job that has helped you in your creative career?
The most important lesson I’ve learned from my last job is to follow the voice of The Holy Spirit even without all the details. When He told me to step down from the position, I didn’t know I had character issues hidden by pride. Now on the other side I can appreciate the growth and development and how it is preparing me for all future endeavors.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
For those who don’t know me, my name is Horatio Jay and I am a Christian Content Creator mainly focused on YouTube and soon to expand on Instagram. My platform is all about glorifying the name of Jesus and bringing the Gospel to those who haven’t experienced it through a combination of vlogs and sit down videos. In English, I get to express my relationship with Jesus through life experiences and reading the Bible on camera inspiring others to do the same.
What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

These are two of many foundation scriptures that lead me in the mission that Jesus left us with. And now I’m in a place not only in my career but in my walk with Christ that if it doesn’t glorify Him, I don’t want to be part of it.
Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
In addition to the Bible, The Awe of God by John Bevere has been a book to at really impacted my journey and view of God. And as a result it impacted my craft because everything I do is in response to my relationship and view of God.
