Each year, the Youth Foundation of Jersey City proudly “adopts” a local public school, providing year-round support tailored to that school’s unique needs.
First order of business, we give them a food pantry for the families of the school. We work closely with the Community Bank of NJ.
We offer after-school programs like dance classes and sports.
Financial literacy for both youth and their families, and we have an amazing relationship with the Jersey City Free Library to provide a lot of services.
And more, depending on what the school’s needs are.

I’ve been passionate about empowering youth ever since I began serving my community. This journey has spanned various leadership roles—across banking, retail, and education—all driven by one central belief: every child deserves access to high‑quality educational, recreational, and cultural opportunities.
What Sets Me & Our Team Apart
• Holistic experience: My 20-year background across business and education allows me to think both strategically and empathetically.
• Deep community roots: My husband Rob is a fifth-generation Jersey City resident, and together we’re raising our two kids here. We’re deeply invested in our city’s future.
• Vision + follow-through: I dream big—then get things done. From orchestrating events like theatrical fundraisers to delivering hundreds of holiday gifts to youth, I focus on impact and execution.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
What I’m Most Proud Of
• Launching and growing “Night of Broadway,” which has become a beloved annual celebration of youth talent and community
• Distributing grants to local nonprofits, empowering them to expand arts, education, and mentor-driven programs
• Building partnerships with schools and community groups to extend our reach
Started and am building a student-led Jr Board, which includes high school age kids from all of the city.
