Alright, Hita thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you tell us a bit about who your hero is and the influence they’ve had on you?

My parents, My dad and my mom have been my heroes since I was little because of the values they have instilled in my sister and me and for the workers they are, today my desire to work and grow more is because of them.

I learned from them not to decline in hard times, they have been able to handle the wave of a country with an unstable economy and that is something I admire.

Hita, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My vision is to support my Hispanic community in the American market, in addition to that I am learning English very well, to be able to interact with business and the American community.

I offer marketing for businesses, inside and outside social networks, also i am host and producer of events such as concerts, comedy shows and sometimes I perform princesses for children’s events

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

Knowing and learning from other Latin cultures that make community in the state of Tennessee, because all Hispanics speak Spanish but we have different ways of expressing ourselves and do business, including different countries in my community and working with them, it has helped me to meet many people and also many people know me.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

In my country Venezuela I always supporting and doing great things for my community, when I emigrated to Nashville I looked for a way to do the same.. at first it was not easy, I had depression and many times I wanted to quit but I created the opportunity and began to do what I like so much and make money. Now I talk with people and give them reasons to start their business and been motivated
