We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Hira Majeed a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Hira, thanks for joining us today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
How did my idea, become my reality ?
To start I’d like to summarize my background. I graduated college, and earned a degree in the medical field. For years I would work 6 -7 days a week at times shifts ranging 14 to 16 hours. I wasn’t happy, and that’s when I started to think more about my future, and passions. I would read books, such as Power, Mindset, Atomic Habits, The Art of Letting God and many other great books. I would listen to Earl Nightgale, Alan Watts, Napoleon Hill and other influential people in hopes of getting a better direction of what I should be doing and I just couldn’t figure it out. I kept a notebook with me and a pen everywhere I went and if I had a random idea. I would write it down, and focus on what it meant or could mean later. I did not have any specific moment or idea that struck out more than others, but I knew all of my ideas had potential. I just didn’t know what it would take to make me start acting upon them. I continued to work with others, because I couldn’t find the courage to take a risk and believe in myself at that time..Which makes sense now. (trust in the process, everything will always happen at the perfect timing ). The time I was working, I created an audit system that helped address, and train ACO measures to be able to provide substantial care to every patient that stepped foot in the hospital and medical facilities for the company I worked with. To summarize what the audit system did was, it increased revenue by making it impossible to forget to address aco measures, and provided an efficient structured workflow for the entire organization. Not long after I completed the audit program I was offered another position with much better pay and remote work benefits. Once again instead of creating my own businesses, or enhancing the audit software, or acting on all the other ideas I wrote down I chose to work with someone again. To summarize what I did. I overlooked the entire business operation from compliance, marketing, business development to building urgent cares, med spas, applying for eins, filing for llc and s-corps, billing, increasing revenue and client growth, social media, website and app development/management as well as audits and more. I learned skills and experiences from that work which gave me the idea that I can help other people become successful through my years of experience, connections, and knowledge.I took the first step and I applied for my EIN for a LLC, and Articles Of Organization (anyone can do it and it barely cost anything). Once I saw my EIN number and business name, next to my name I finally realized that my idea of wanting to be a creative/entrepreneur has finally became my reality.Everything else started to work in my favor at once I took the initial step.( Don’t let the fear of failure stop you from fulfilling your dreams.)

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing clients has been working with other brands as a partner, ambassador, influencer. This has helped me reach a higher audience and build connections with people worldwide. Which has became a great source for my businesses as far as marketing, content creation, social media, increasing client and revenue growth, business development, and more.
