Helena, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

My husband and I, funded the company, making us perfect for the job, being both actors and comedians, The idea is to provide not only entertainment but to make the special event a memorable one, each event is a special for us, because it means something to a specific person, we strive to bring happiness, laughter, to that special someone.

Helena, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I am the owner of Caramelo Entertainment, I started this children’s entertainment career when I was 16. Obviously, I worked with various entertainment companies in all the previous years, and I realized that I love my job and I decided to open my own company, giving all my efforts to achieve everything that I have achieved, and what I still have to achieve, how have I achieved this?, Well, offering the best show and always having the highest quality in our character costumes, we try even the impossible so that your special day is even more extraordinary, to each entertainer who is new to my company, my husband and I, take care of training them with the same quality, this company has been a dream come true, and before opening it, I told my husband, who is the official clown of the company, since he comes from the largest circus in Mexico. I told! This company is going to be magical and as it has been, our motto is “make it magical”. This business is our life.

Any advice for managing a team?

Every day is a new day, take your time to take a step at a time, mange everything slowly at your own pace, with time you’ll make less and less mistakes, treat your team with courtesy and have them treat your costumers gallantly.

How did you build your audience on social media?

Try it every event do you go or everywhere you are working, let them now about your social media and tell them follow me please if you want to see what we have more to offer, try to do every day 3 post at your social media, don’t forget to away do stories and some reels keeps the engaged with all your followers.
