We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Hebrew Enterprise. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Hebrew below.
Hebrew, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today. Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
Hebrew Enterprise’s initial inception started with a prayer by Tasha Sky, and what followed after was a pure miracle. Not only was a vision brought to life so vividly, The Most High ushered in fellow founders Sonia and Ajike with the same vision and mindset to help aid and assist in the formation and development of the brand. We couldn’t begin to tell you how many sleepless nights we spent conversing about strategic yet fun ways that we could help people.
The process of going from idea to execution required meticulous planning ahead of time to create a year full of various events. For instance, every meeting starts with a prayer and one of those prayers led us to the idea of creating the Proverbs 31 Women’s Brunch & Popup shop event. This sensational event challenged and pushed our creative approach in marketing with the little brand awareness we had. We had to ask ourselves this question, “how can we get the people invested and even attend if people didn’t really know we existed as a company?”
This is where we had to map out a plan and get very tactical on our approach to spreading the word about who Hebrew Enterprise is and why people should support it. First things first, we did what we felt was the best initial plan of action. We shared information to a warm audience that genuinely supported us. In doing so, gratefully we gained a lot of traction with this method. Next, we took to social media and created content to build a lot of buzz and excitement about the upcoming event. In the midst of doing this strategy we also had to find a location that was in our budget, and the best date based off of our audience for the event. After booking a venue we received a nice amount of inquiries from people not only wanting to attend the event but also who wanted to be vendors. This is where ticket sales started to increase. We were all so very excited! We took it a step further and even created an itinerary so we could have a very nice flow of having discussions, enjoying brunch, and doing exciting activities for giveaways.
Event day finally arrived and it was a success! The incredibly warm feedback that we received from all the women gave us confirmation that we were being used for a purpose much bigger than what we could imagine to help uplift others. That event like our other events has continued to inspire us to create more positive social gatherings and business events that will help our community thrive. We give all the glory to The Most High AHAYAH for this blessing.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
At Hebrew Enterprise, our mission is to give people and Hebrew businesses a platform to thrive while creating social events that unite, inspire, and build. At its core, Tasha, Sonia, and Ajike have always found joy in helping others. Yet, they all have worked in different industries with unique special skill sets that have made us into the individuals that we are. For instance, Tasha Sky, a seasoned professional innovative visionary leader, creative executive director, website developer, was the Business Development Manager of a major car dealership. She led a team that ranked high every quarter for the best BDC sales record. However, if you really get to know Tasha, then you’d find out that she enjoys spending time creating custom uplifting inspirational cards that she loves to hand to people wherever she is. Tasha’s desire to bless someone else’s day brings her unmatched joy that is rooted in Christ’s love. A warrior at heart, Tasha strives daily to creatively pour back faith, hope, and love into our world. Ultimately, letting the name of The Most High be known.
Next, there’s Sonia, an actress, voiceover talent, spoken word artist, interviewer, and host who shares a successful commercial and residential business with her beloved husband Keith called Heaven On Earth Painting. Though the hours are long, require much attention to detail, and involve intense labor day in & day out; Sonia still finds time to help people. She doesn’t let that stop her from devoting time of pouring back into her family and church. From volunteering in the kitchen at the church functions to attending baptisms for support, Sonia’s love for others’ runs deep. Her genuine heart is always giving, loving, and caring for others.
Lastly, Ajike is a multifaceted visionary creator, director, and wardrobe designer whose also a successful jeweler that had the privilege of working with Oscar winner Ruth E. Carter. Her business Appetite Of A Millionaire most luxurious, one of a kind jewelry, has been featured in prominent movies and magazines. Despite her successes, her heart desires for people to know that they matter by giving them an experience that reminds them of their worth, ability to soar and use their gifts for positive influence. A voice of reason and truth, she is always thinking of ways to impact the world through Christ by bringing awareness and solutions to various situations.
Thus, with all of our individual skill sets combined together, Hebrew Enterprise was established to develop a platform that impacts lives, creates social gatherings, offer event planning services, and global marketing for our communities and brands to successfully scale.
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
We sat down with Founder Sonia and this is the lesson she unlearned and the backstory: The very first lesson I had to unlearn was the hardest, which was to let go of fear when opportunity presents itself. When my business partners first approached me with the idea of starting Hebrew Enterprise, it caught me by surprise. When the offer was presented, it was very sudden and intimidating, yet in my mind, I knew it was everything I’ve always desired in my heart (To help build the kingdom of The Most High God in a major way). To many, it may have seemed like the perfect moment to accomplish something that has always been in your heart, but for me, it was a big leap of faith to start a whole new journey. I’ve been blessed with the duty of taking care of my amazing husband, children, and a full time family owned business. I think it’s safe to say my plate is always busy lol. Yet, The Most High allowed room and entrusted me with such a blessed task of building with my sisters & brothers. I’m truly grateful I trusted the process and allowed The Most High to work. I’m still learning, still growing, still in the process. I truly look forward to the journey of blessings from saying YES! To The Most High!
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.

We make it our mission to know our clients in order to meet their needs and subconsciously connect with our brand with actions that drive change.
