Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Heather Hintz. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Heather , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Is there a heartwarming story from your career that you look back on?

One of the many heartwarming stories that we’ve had here at Health Wellness is actually listening and watching our clients transformation testimonies. We have this one client who tried for a very long time to lose weight and the moment that she reached her goal here with us you saw a glow on her like no other and I would say it has changed her life!! You’ll never see her without a smile.

Heather , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Heather and I am the general manager here at Health Wellness Centers. I was actually asked to help open this facility because I have a personally been on my journey for almost 9 years. And being a part of a facility that offers so much to a client has definitely been life-changing. We offer everything from peptide therapy, weight management, IV therapy, massage therapy, vitamin injections, facials, Botox, and here recently a health wellness nail bar. I love being a part of a community where we all are so supportive and help one another grow.

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?

I believe it is the heart and soul. To do what our center does do you have to wholeheartedly care about each individual client. They come in seeking advice in guidance to better themselves. We have to not only be the caretakers, but the cheerleaders as well. Well, they come in seeking to better themselves. It is our job our duty to see that they have the right steps in the right information to do that but I also be your cheerleader to motivate them to help them. See it through on those bad days and that’s where the heart comes in. You literally have to love and care about each individual client because their goals now become your goals and when you get to accomplish that together, nothing else matters .

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Hands down our team in the service we provide. We are like every single client to feel like they are the most important client that we have and that is how we’ve gained what we have is that client and then goes and tells all of their friends about how amazing they’re treated and taken care of and looked after and motivated, and at the end of the day who does not want to be a part of a community like that .
