About me: Heather Gordon epitomizes the essence of a self-made entrepreneur. Launching her venture in 2009 at the age of 26, she transformed a modest one-room sublet into a bustling full-service spa over the span of 15 years. Heather’s fervor for skincare, self-care, and opulence has always been the driving force behind her success. Away from the tranquility of her spa, she immerses herself in nature, often found trekking along the town lake’s hike and bike trail or exploring expanse of the greenbelt. She also LOVES cats.

What problems do we solve? Aging skin, unwanted body hair, eyebrows- or lack there of, and lack luster lashes. We have a solution for every skin, lash and brow woe.

What are we know for? In short Facials, our team and our unique vibe.

What am I most proud of? Surviving the pandemic! Watching so many small business go under was really scary and it definitely was a challenge navigating uncharted waters.

What do I want potential clients, followers to know: We are all very passionate about what we do and we care deeply that we exceed our clients expectations.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Embarking on the social media odyssey, I admit, I was fashionably late to the party. I just started diving into the TikTok realm a mere six months ago. My marketing arsenal was previously monopolized by Google AdWords, a strategy that was gradually yielding diminishing returns—and burning a sizable hole in the budget. My growing frustration on the stagnation of my google adwords return left me looking for new marketing strategies.

Why the delay in my digital enlightenment, you ask? The epiphany hit late, yet it struck hard. The realization dawned upon me that in our visually driven arena, the logical leap was from the textual maze of AdWords to the vibrant visual realms of Instagram and TikTok. This transition wasn’t without some serious learning curves.

I dived head first into a self-imposed social media boot camp—enrolling in online courses, and binge-watching enough YouTube tutorials to last a lifetime. It definitely did not bare fruit overnight. The quest to pinpoint our audience and master the arcane art of hashtag alchemy was trying. I stayed persistent with it and it totally started to work. Instagram transformed from a digital ghost town to our primary client conduit.

Without a shadow of a doubt, it’s Instagram. When a client aligns with us on instagram, it like they been prescreened to like our vibe. A treasure trove for “before and after” transformations, it’s our go-to podium for posting client reviews, lash reveals, and spa highlights.
