We were lucky to catch up with Heather Bryant recently and have shared our conversation below.
Heather, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
After over 15 years as an Executive VP at a Fortune 100 bank, I was let go for standing up against racism, discrimination, and corruption. I turned down the 100k silence agreement/bribe offered (though I was terrified of how I would pay my bills at the time) in order to help the minority women being targeted get to safety. Less than 4 months later I was visited by 2 angels who spoke to me for over 3 1/2 hours and shared many things with me, including that part of my mission here was about to begin and the ending of my corporate career was a catalyst for what was coming next. They also guided me to create a blog to expose the corruption and help provide hope to other experiencing abuse, empowering them to leave their jobs or stand up for themselves.

Shortly after being visited by the 2 angels, I started receiving psychic downloads for strangers in public, being visited by spirits, and channeling a group of cosmic beings (all of which were things I NEVER believed in before these things began happening to me!).
I now use my gifts to help people all around the globe align to their mission and purpose, highest timeline, recall their soul life blueprints, soul contracts, and channel insight around the reason for their experiences and pain so they can create prosperity with clarity and step fully into their mission and purpose in this lifetime.
My life has change 1000% in the last 4 years and I could have NEVER imagined in a million years I would be where I am today helping people all over the globe. NOTHING lights me up more than using my gifts to help people in this way!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Oops! I think I covered much of this in the last question. :)
Currently I offer 1×1 private channeling support. I channel a group of cosmic beings, the akashic records, the consciousness grid and connect to spirits (although I don’t freely speak about connecting to spirits as it is not my preferred way to use my gifts).
My passion and specialty is channeling the reasons behind people’s experiences and pain and providing guidance on healing the pain and aligning to the highest timeline available in this lifetime. Each one of us co-creates our life blueprint prior to incarnation based on several factors, some of them include; ways that our soul wishes to evolve, lessons we want to learn, our mission and purpose in supporting the collective (humanity), balancing karma, karmic debt, etc. Some of the things I am shown are the emotions, feelings, and belief systems created in childhood that have created un-supporting and false belief systems which contribute to creating a less than fulfilling life. I am also shown the relevant past lives that are connected with the experiences, pain, and relationships in this lifetime.
When my clients understand what their soul has experienced prior to this incarnation and the reason for their experiences and pain, including their soul contracts, it completely shifts their life trajectory and literally activates dormant DNA, creating an opening for more joy, happiness, and prosperity to flow.
After speaking to hundreds of people and channeling for clients all over the globe, it appears that my gifts are very potent and otherworldly. Because I am able to connect to cosmic beings, the akashic records, the consciousness grid and spirits, I have a broad and expanded “tool box” to leverage when supporting my clients through all situations and levels of difficulty. When I am working with a client, depending on the situation at hand, I automatically switch from one modality to the next as needed and required, offering a full spectrum of healing and support. The clients I work with that have worked with other mediums or channels have told me that working with me (and most importantly with my guides) is of no comparison due to the potency and power of my gifts. And I say GIFTS because that is what they are! I did not study to become a medium or channel, I was literally gifted with these precious tools. I am now learning everything I can to continue expanding my gifts to help even more people.

I have also used my gifts to find missing people and animals, and channel the energy of potential dating interests.
As a side note, I do remember having gifts as a child, but they were shut down by adults (which happens to many children) not able to see or believe in these otherworldly gifts themselves. So I guess you could say these gifts “came back” and with much gusto after being visited by angels in 2020.
In addition to offering 1×1 private support I am working on creating a group program with an evolutionary astrologist and psychotherapist friend and business partner so that we can help even more people at once.
I am also getting ready to launch a private group for awakened souls to provide support, encouragement, and guidance on their awakening journey of “service to others” (service to the collective). Many souls are here at this time to help with the earth’s and human’s ascension, to create the new systems and structures that support the many rather than the systems and structures that are around today that only benefit the few on top (systems and structures that have been around for thousands and thousands of years).
My business is 100% focused on serving others and using my gifts to support others in creating a joy filled life of prosperity so they in turn can serve the collective in the way they intended when they created their life blueprint.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
So far my business is 100% referral based. I believe this is due to the power and potency of my gifts and the relevancy of them and how they support individuals in all areas of life. I also know it is due to the fact that I serve from my heart. I believe that everyone is equal, we all have a role to play here and are all pieces of the same puzzle. I approach everything I do by putting others first- offering true and authentic support and creating offers with the collective (and my mission) in mind.
My clients continue to tell me that they feel completely supported when working with me, and that it is clear it is never about the money.
This was also true when I worked for the Fortune 100 bank. I did not apply for any jobs for over 15 years as I was recruited for all my roles due to my integrity and putting others success ahead of my own. I was known across the country for being able to take sales teams from the bottom 10% of the company (and many times ranked dead last – 648 out of 648) and moving them to the top 2% of the company in not only sales, but customer experience (happiest clients in the country) and associate satisfaction (my associates were the happiest in the country). Typically I was given a list of people to terminate upon taking each of my roles. Each time, I refused to terminate and used my innate ability to connect individually with people (now I know I was pulling on my psychic gifts a bit, but did not believe in those things at the time) and through coaching and guiding, successfully moved whole call centers and territories to the top of the company in all areas.
I believe that we are all here to support each other in our human journey, and by taking the time to see how we can help someone else in stead of judging them or tearing them down, we can learn, grow, and evolve faster and with more ease and grace.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I will stick with this one for consistency. My journey standing up against corruption, greed, discrimination and racism resulted in me calling out for help in August of 2019 to the unknown; “If there is anything out there that can hear me, anything at all, I need help. I feel my soul dying.”
The level of abuse at this Fortune 100 bank was horrifying. Not only was I spending all my time and energy trying to protect people from unjust terminations, bullying and abuse, I began experiencing bullying and abuse myself in an attempt to silence me. I continued to be an advocate for others and for truth, and by calling out for help (vs. quitting, etc.) I was guided to my next steps, mission, and purpose as a channel.
Our greatest trauma’s and pain are typically catalysts to awakening to our true nature, mission, and purpose. I look back at that time with gratitude as it was the conduit to the beautiful work I do now.
And because of the work I do now, channeling for clients all around the globe, I have been shown how it is exactly these traumas that push us to learn, grow, and evolve- if we’re willing to ask the question “what is this teaching me”, instead of pointing the finger or blaming others, which is so much easier than doing the work ourselves.
