Hayden, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with a fun one – what’s something you believe that most people in your industry (or in general) disagree with?
I personally feel that traditional PR services should not be an isolated service if a brand is hoping to move the needle in an expedited period of time. I do however think you can move the needle with social media marketing, without PR.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
After working in marketing for over a decade on the national and global scale in some of the most competitive industries including: automotive, sports, and cosmetics, HVH Media & Marketing was born.
Hayden has worked with and developed campaigns with some of the world’s largest influencers, played an instrumental role in evolving several start-up companies into seven figure businesses within the first six months, developed a cosmetics brand for Amazon beauty, and collectively garnered over a billion campaign content views.
Her passion is her business, her role as a mother, and empowering other women to invest in themselves and their dreams!
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I think one of the greatest ways that we have grown our visibility in the market is by showcasing hard work that delivers tangible results.
One of the best marketing tactics is having testimony from current clients that speaks to the credibility of what you’re offering.
Instead of having to try to develop campaigns and marketing plans to showcase why someone should choose our agency, the people who pay us and choose us, sing our praises for us; and THAT is powerful!
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
Piggy-backing off our previous answer of how we’ve grown our reputation so authentically, I have to say that one of our biggest and best sources of referrals for new clients is our existing customer base!
We are very lucky to have a regular stream of new clients consistently interested and inquiring about our services.
