Harold, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?
When we began our journey, I thought to myself this is something that anyone at any age can enjoy. non alcoholic ginger beer. We have been brewing ginger beer since 2014, we’ve brewed some beautiful batches and have lost a few batches. I’ve realized there is so many levels in the beverage industry, all catering to the modern pallet. I can truly say that I enjoy brewing and serving a beverage that makes a person feel good after drinking. There are so many beverages alcoholic and non alcoholic that will just break a person down slowly.
My number 1 job is to make sure that I brew the best ginger beer that I can to serve our customers. We take our tasks seriously, from the brewing all the way to the delivery and presentation. the results speak for themselves leaving our customers with a smile, feeling good and and the end of the day we have gained their trust.

Harold, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Our venture started in 2014, using a South African family recipe that is over a century old. We tweaked and adjusted a few of the ingredients to be more of a functional beverage that will lift up your oversell being. We opened our brewery & taproom November 2019, it was one of the toughest tasks I have completed. Once we passed our final inspection with the health department the weight was lifted but we had to now step up and get down to brewing our ginger beer. once we started dancing the next challenge was thrown at us in a form of a pandemic. Thankfully our ginger beer was drank, enjoyed and used to strengthen an individuals immune system. We had to start an online store shipping direct to our customers as well as local pick up. Currently we have 9 different seasonal ginger beers flavors on tap that rotate every 3 weeks.
We offer 8oz. and 16oz. pours, flights which include all 9 flavors, refreshing mocktails, ginger beer floats and slushees.
Our to go options are 12oz. cans, 32oz. and 64oz. growlers.
We are a busy little brewery opening to the public Thursday & Friday from 3:00pm till 6:00pm Saturday from 2;00pm to 7:00pm.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Using the freshest ingredients and a beverage that actually is beneficial for ones health. Very open attitude and willingness to adapt to your customers need on a dime.

When you own your own business you will realize that you do not really have weekends and you ‘ll be working from Sunday to Sunday. Somedays are easy somedays you’ll be up knee deep till 3:00am in the morning.
