Alright, Harold thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?

When people reflect on my life my hope is that it’ll be used in examples of Resilience & Tenacity. What can happen if you just KEEP GOING!
There will times the path won’t always be clear, doesn’t matter, Keep Going. Lack of motion delays Progression. Momentum is Everything.

Harold , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I became a Realtor by accident actually lol-
My first love is Fitness. I’d been a Personal Trainer for a couple of years at the time I began training a client who’d change the course of my journey. One session he said to me “have you ever thought about going into Real Estate?” I replied “I wouldn’t know the first thing about selling a home, I know it has a roof-lol” His response shocked me.
He said “I can teach you about Homes…” he’d been a Real Estate Broker for nearly 25 years, “but I can’t teach you how to connect with People…that’s a Gift and you have it Harold.”

From there I went on to become a successful Realtor in Iowa before transitioning to California and becoming a Broker Associate.

I’ve helped numerous first time homebuyers, Veterans and Seniors with everything from relocation to upgrading or downsizing.

I’ve done it all with the same simple mindset:
Provide a Level of Service so High that when clients think of Real Estate, they think of me.
When people talk about Real Estate around my clients, they mention me and if any of their friends and family had a Real Estate need, they wouldn’t hesitate to insist they connect with me.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Being Genuine with not just my clients but with my Colleagues as well. Also, just being an Individual, following my own path and not being afraid to do it My Way.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

Road to 20 Million by Shane Torres. It was written by a man I truly respect and will Inspire any reader.
