Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Harli Gawronski. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Harli, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
One question that I have always asked myself is “What is my ultimate purpose”? Ever since I could remember, I have asked myself this question but have never been able to find an answer or been motivated to find an answer. I would have conversations about purpose with other people and they would say: “What are you searching for? You have everything. Nice car, beautiful family, smart kids, great paying job… But it always felt like there was something missing. I continued to ignore it moved on. Fast forward to the pandemic, I was now home having to be a co-worker, leader, mother, wife, teacher, daughter and on top of all that we had to go into isolation. I am an extreme extrovert. It broke me. I had several breakdowns. Finally I decided that I would put that time into good use. I decided to go on a self discovery journey. I started asking myself questions like who am I, how would I describe myself. If someone asked me who is Harli, how would I respond? First thing I had to do was make a commitment to myself that I was worth it. Second, I had to figure out what my core values were. Passion, Energy, Connection and Influence. Those core values described who I was. Then I honed in on my gifts. Networking, collaborating, story telling. Thirdly, I asked myself, what could I do that would enable me to walk in those core values everyday? And that’s when the podcast and coaching were birthed. I wanted to create a platform that would motivate and inspire women just like myself (mothers on the go, high achieving career women) to tap and/or discover their purpose outside of home. I created Inside The Bubble with Harli G. A podcast for the superwoman.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Inside The Bubble with Harli G is a platform for the mother that’s on-the-go and the high-achieving career woman who is always taking care of the people around her. She caters to her family, volunteers in the community, and excels in her 9-5 job yet seldom does she have time for leisure. She prioritizes faith, family, and her career. If you ask her support system about her, they’ll say “I don’t know how she does it all”. She always puts others’ needs before her own. She moves so fast that her only downtime is when she is in the car by herself driving between appointments.
How is this platform different from others? well, this platform will make you laugh, cry, and celebrate every moment that will ultimately lead you to your greater truth. Your purpose.
What I am most proud of is provide an outlet for women’s voice to be heard and provide the sense of community and support system that we as women desperately need. It’s says, that you are not alone, you can lean on me and and I will do everything that I can to push you forward. It says that through everything that you have been through there is purpose in your story. We are going to figure this out together. Through coaching (Coach to Purpose LLC) we will identify your core values, your gifts and your ultimate purpose.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
Where do I even start. First and foremost, My main resource for establishing my podcast was David Shands. I purchased David’s podcast playbook that was instrumental in my establishing my podcast. I also listen to his podcast called “The Social Proof” where he continues to share and bring on entrepreneurs to share their knowledge on every and anything related to being an entrepreneur. Another resource is Oprah’s Insider’s club that share a breath of knowledge on daily living and purpose. This directly aligns with the mission on my business. And last but not least Brene Brown’s “Atlas of the heart”. That book helped me to understand not only the true definition of language but the context in which we apply and understand it.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
Something that I felt I had to unlearn as an entrepreneur is that once I have found my purpose and/or walking in it everyday that’s it. I have arrived. What I failed to realize which isn’t a bad thing is that your purpose will continue to evolve as you walk in it. It starts out as the little tree and slowly but surely, you see the branches start to grow. It is truly an amazing journey.
