Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Hannah Neville. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hannah, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?

Turnkey Visuals was an idea I came up with while I still had a full time media job for another company. I am honestly not that great at working under people and building other people’s dreams when I have aspirations of my own. I knew that I wanted to branch off and start my own business serving many different clients. I love architecture and all things home design. I have a photography and videography background and I saw a few things in the real estate media industry that I believed I could fix and help put more money in everyone’s pockets. A home is undoubtedly your most valuable asset; it is where you live, make memories, grow a family, and just enjoy life. When someone goes to sell their home, it is probably a very thought out and big decision in a person’s life. The marketing that was out there from other agents before I got into the industry just seemed very sub par for something that is their clients biggest asset. Outstanding media is what draws home buyers in to schedule a showing on a home. 90% of home buyers are searching online. I believed I could create a company that could be an all in one media company that offered amazing listing photos, cinematic video walk throughs, 360 tours, etc. with a one day turnaround so that the home could be listed ASAP and showings could start being scheduled. I am proud to say that I have done just that. After only 3 short years, I have hundreds of clients that have shown me so much support. It is exciting for me to see all my clients so happy when I deliver their media back to them. Every day I wake up excited to create and serve.

Hannah, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Hannah Neville and I started Turnkey Visuals in May of 2019. I provide media services of all types to anyone in the real estate industry. I mainly just want every one to know that Turnkey Visuals is an all in one place for you to take your media to the next level. I am most proud of how I have built my client base and how many returning clients I have. I connect with each and every one of my clients on a personal level. I want to know their background, how they got started, about their family, etc. I want them to have the best success in their career so I really make sure I am a stepping stone to make that happen.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

Starting a business always requires some kind of capital. A media company requires many high end cameras, gimbals, tripods, etc. I started my business right after I graduated college. My parents actually had some money set aside to assist me with college, but instead I received a full ride scholarship to play golf at McNeese University. I played all four years at McNeese and graduated with a Marketing degree. After college, my parents gave me the money they had set aside and that is the capital I used to get my business started. I am extremely thankful for how everything unfolded!

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

The key to social media is consistency. It is so easy to just post one really good photo or video and then move on with your business. I grew mine because I am honestly a perfectionist. As far as Instagram goes, I post every day and I have posting pattern where I post interior, interior, exterior. Every 9 photos I post a reel going diagonal so that my feed looks very aesthetically pleasing to the viewer. Not only does my Instagram look “pretty” to my followers, but it shows consistency and my persistence. My advice on building social media is to be yourself, be consistent, and stay relevant!
