Charmed’s mission is to provide an outstanding custom jewelry experience that brings joy to our customers. Coming out of college with a degree in psychology and a desire to uplift others, I set out to create a business where every individual leaves feeling happier than when they arrived. I frequently have the privilege of helping customers select pieces that honor loved ones, celebrate milestones, or symbolize special connections. I am grateful to be part of the meaningful stories we create together, which serve as a constant reminder of Charmed’s mission.

My journey into the world of permanent jewelry began in 2021 when I discovered this innovative concept online. Intrigued by the idea, my friends and I wanted to get matching pieces, but we struggled to find a local provider. As I explored the industry, I fell in love with the creativity, connection, and personalized experiences that permanent jewelry offers. I realized this was a path I wanted to pursue wholeheartedly. With no prior business experience, I began booking pop-up events and private parties. Before I knew it, my calendar was packed, and I quickly established myself as a go-to destination for permanent jewelry in Orlando.

Today, Charmed is recognized as Orlando’s premiere permanent jewelry destination. We offer the flexibility of mobile parties, local pop-up events, and private appointments at our beautiful studio in Downtown Orlando. With over two years of dedicated service to the Central Florida area, we’ve become known for providing a luxurious and personalized jewelry experience.

We take pride in curating an extensive selection of chains and charms, all crafted from the highest quality metals. Each piece is meticulously custom-fitted to ensure lasting elegance and comfort. Our commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of our service, where we strive to provide exceptional customer care and a seamless experience.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

The biggest factor in building my reputation within the market was being one of the first to introduce the permanent jewelry experience to Orlando. From the beginning, I prioritized providing an exceptional customer experience and used only the highest quality materials to ensure I was offering the best product available. This commitment to excellence not only helped me establish strong connections with the community but also built trust, which has been instrumental in propelling my business forward.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been actively engaging with my community through networking and relationship-building. I prioritize attending local events and pop-up markets, where I can meet new people face-to-face and share my passion for my work. By personally handing out business cards and connecting with potential clients, I’ve found that in-person marketing creates a memorable impression and fosters trust. This approach not only helps me expand my clientele but also strengthens my ties to the community, turning new connections into loyal customers.
