We were lucky to catch up with Hannah Eddins recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hannah, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
When I moved to Oxford, MS, two years ago I noticed the town was missing something: a rhythm-based cycle studio. After over a year of planning, ELMNT CYCLE was born—a space to share my love of cycling and build a supportive, high-energy community. Our entire studio and mission is client-focused from the minute they walk in the door. Group fitness often gets a negative reputation and we are changing that by creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for anyone and everyone. At ELMNT CYCLE, we believe movement is more than just a workout—it’s an experience, a release, and a connection to something greater. Our rhythm-based cycling studio is built to empower, challenge, and uplift every rider who walks through our doors. With high-energy classes, immersive beats, and a community-driven atmosphere, we create a space where strength meets rhythm, and sweat fuels transformation.
We ride together. We push past limits. We show up for ourselves and each other.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
My fitness journey began at 17 after back surgery left me with two rods and 21 screws in my spine. My physical therapist suggested cycling, and from my very first ride, I was hooked.
By 18, I was teaching cycle and boot camp classes, and not long after, I became the youngest instructor at the first cycle studio in my college town. From there, my passion grew. During the pandemic, I created an online fitness platform, HIT W/ HANNAH, bringing workouts to a community of subscribers.
Post-graduation, I pursued my dream of becoming a full-time coach, teaching Solidcore and cycle classes in Northern Virginia and later Manhattan, where I spent two incredible years coaching and embracing city life. I learned from the best of the best about the fitness industry in NYC and how to create an environment that clients want to be a part of.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Resilience has been at the core of my journey in building ELMNT CYCLE while simultaneously running two other businesses, FlipRings and Strawberry Milk Media. Balancing it all requires unwavering commitment, long hours, and an ability to adapt to challenges head-on. No matter how demanding the workload gets, my passion for creating an empowering space keeps me pushing forward. I started the plans for ELMNT over a year before physically opening our space. Whether it’s overcoming obstacles, refining the experience for our riders, or ensuring every detail aligns with my vision, I show up every day with persistence and purpose. Giving up is never an option—I’m here to build something lasting, impactful, and community-driven.

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I spend almost every day at the studio because building genuine relationships with our clients is my top priority. I want to know their names, their stories, and what drives them beyond the bike. Connecting in person is at the heart of ELMNT CYCLE, but staying engaged with our community on social media has also played a huge role in our growth. It’s about more than just a workout—it’s about creating a space where every rider feels seen, supported, and part of something bigger.
