Hanna , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.

We took a risk and entrusted our business to our first employee. This was a defining moment in our journey. Adriana and I, had poured our hearts and souls into building She Rises Studios from the ground up. As the demands of our expanding venture became overwhelming, we realized it was time to seek help. The decision to hire our first employee was not one we took lightly. We knew that finding the right person who shared our passion, drive, and dedication was crucial. It was a leap of faith, putting our trust and the future of our business into someone else’s hands. As we went through the interview process, we met countless candidates, each with their own unique set of skills and experiences. However, when we finally met Brian, something clicked. His enthusiasm for our mission, his creative flair, and his genuine excitement about joining our team resonated deeply with us. We took that leap, offered him the position, and welcomed him aboard. It wasn’t without its anxieties and uncertainties, but we knew that growth required taking risks. And Brian proved to be a game-changer. His fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and unwavering commitment breathed new life into our business. He quickly became an invaluable asset, taking on responsibilities and challenges with unwavering dedication. Our trust in him was not misplaced; he exceeded our expectations and helped propel She Rises Studios to new heights. This experience taught us the importance of taking calculated risks and believing in the potential of others. Brian’s presence not only lightened our workload but also enriched our team dynamic. We realized that, by trusting in the abilities and passion of others, we could unlock opportunities and achieve even greater success. Our journey commenced with the establishment of an unassuming Instagram page. Adriana and I, united by a profound dedication to empowering women and nurturing their creative abilities, recognized the immense influence of social media. Consequently, we launched an Instagram page named She Rises Studios, unaware of the transformative path it would pave. Over time, we have evolved into a comprehensive multimedia marketing agency, offering a diverse range of services. Our portfolio now encompasses the provision of streaming network FENIX TV, cutting-edge web design solutions, adept social media management, as well as our publishing arm responsible for magazines, books (both Solo and Anthology), newsletters, and press releases.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.

It all began with a simple Instagram page. Adriana and I, Hanna shared a deep passion for empowering women and embracing their creative talents. Recognizing the power of social media, we decided to start an Instagram page called She Rises Studios. Little did we know that this humble beginning would pave the way for something much bigger. As we shared stories, art, and inspirational content, we saw an incredible response from women all around the world. Encouraged by this overwhelming support, we knew we had an opportunity to create something special. Inspired by the women we connected with, we took a leap of faith and transformed She Rises Studios into a full-fledged production company. As cofounders, we now work tirelessly to produce meaningful films and TV shows that not only entertain but also uplift and empower women everywhere. Our Instagram page served as the catalyst for this incredible journey, reminding us of the transformative power of social media and the limitless potential within us all.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

Communication is key and lead by example. Fostering an open and transparent environment where team members feel comfortable expressing their ideas, concerns, and feedback. Regularly communicating goals, expectations, and progress updates to keep everyone informed and aligned. As well as set a positive tone and be a role model for your team. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Show appreciation for their efforts and achievements, and acknowledge their contributions openly.
