We were lucky to catch up with Halle Mosley recently and have shared our conversation below.
Halle, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
As a financial advisor, my role likely stems from a combination of personal interest, skill set, and a desire to help others manage their finances effectively and efficiently. I grew up in the south side of Atlanta where we was not talk about credit ,LLC and managing money . I was about age 18 when I found out I needed credit and how to go about obtaining credit . I didnt know the importance of 401k and saving . So As I grew and I started studying perfecting my craft I had a desire to help others and learn more . Its never been about the money to me its been more so about helping others come out of a financial crunch . I love to help others that has always been in me . I believe in mark 9:23 so I believe anything is possible . I saw my mom struggle with 8 kids and I know if she made it out we can . And i saw people never want to help her besides my grandma and I knew once I grew up ill never let my mom or family struggle ever .
Halle, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Halle I am 26 years old . I’m a financial advisor . I’m from the south side of Atlanta ga born and raised. I grew up as a product of my environment where we don’t really make it out to see 20 . Things that set me apart I was self-driven I wanted it for myself and I believe nothing is off limits my mother has always instilled that in each and every one of her kids to always reach the limit . So I believed in myself even when others said I couldn’t do it I did it . Even when they said its impossible I still did it . I make 10k in one month off my business . Some days are slow , some days are fast , some days I feel like giving up but every day I keep going . The variety of services I offer I teach people how to obtain business credit. I teach them how to obtain and maintain there personal credit also. I teach them financial literacy and where to start to make progress.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
I think the most effective way of growing my clientele was my success stories . People want proof and I provided them with proof that it can be done and will be done . We don’t have to be a product of our environment it is light at the end of the tunnel for each and every one of us .
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
my current clients helped me build my reputation in my market because I have always been popular so pushing my brand was never really a problem . It was just getting people to believe that I had the skill set to do it . Because its a lot people in the industry doing the same thing But I was motivated to do more for my clients that others may have not offered and people start noticing it and they were interested .
