We were lucky to catch up with Haley Carbajal recently and have shared our conversation below.

Haley, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?

There are 2 things that separate those who keep an idea – an idea – and those who actually start the execution process.

1) Belief in Self and your Mission. When you believe in yourself, when you place the bets on you – your ability to adapt, to learn, to overcome, to find the gift in every challenge – that is when you find success. That is when you start to begin enjoying the journey.

You must have faith in your ability to overcome and be great.

When most struggle to put themselves out there and execute their idea (procrastination or perfectionism) it boils down to fear. Fear of the outcome, fear of getting started, or if what they do will actually be received or accepted.

Fear of failure.

I have conditioned myself to believe that I always fail forward. Failure is irrelevant – I am constantly learning and growing; being hand-crafted by the universe, or on the journey, to become the Spiritual Leader I am destined to be.

When you frame it like that, you become powerful.

I define failure as the failure to try or to give up.

If you never give up, it is impossible to fail.

Most never speak of this.

2) Lack of Discipline. I don’t just mean discipline in actions.

Mental Discipline.

Self-discipline is an act of self-love. Following through on your word – your commitment to yourself, long after the inspiration has faded.

The actions and results will always follow when you are mentally and emotionally disciplined.

I share this because that is exactly how I got started. My mission, my passion, and belief in myself.

I have a gift, a higher knowing, of human consciousness and how one’s consciousness communicates with the universe. I perceive patterns in an individual and know the source from which it stems, as well as how to heal it.

I find great joy and fulfillment in teaching others who have spiritually awakened how to heal themselves, master this 3D reality, and step into their own beacon of light – and owning it.

In this journey of my own spiritual development and entrepreneurial success, executing an idea is effortless because I have full belief in myself and a passion that supersedes all obstacles or excuses.

My gift is required to be shared with the world. It is required to help heal and raise humanity.

When one has a purpose on their heart – big or small – nothing, absolutely nothing, will stand in the way.

And that is why an idea gets executed.

I teach spiritually awakened individuals how to heal themselves from trauma, past life trauma, or stagnation in their spiritual journey, so that they can vibrationally align to their soul’s purpose.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

I was rejected 208 times before I got my first yes.

The way my business model is set up, I have a potential client schedule a Breakthrough Call with me. This Breakthrough Call is meant to speak with the client about what is working in their self-healing practices, what is not, and ultimately where they want to go – what their soul’s purpose is.

And if I know the exact solution to their problem, I extend my hand by making an offer.

I was rejected 208 times.

208 phone calls, 8 months of grinding, optimizing, and “failing”.

In this process, I had to shed incongruent beliefs about myself.

I was destroyed by the dream but also rebuilt by it.

I had to stay connected to my purpose of being a Spiritual Leader, even though I was not seeing any external progress around me for a long time.

I was losing large sums of money, burnt through my savings, lost friends and family members who didn’t see my vision, and swallowed failed Breakthrough Calls on a daily basis.

I had so many moments in the mirror doubting whether I should continue.
So many moments of defeat and gut-wrenching heartbreak.

And while those moments are normal on the journey to success, it is so important not to live there nor buy into it.

For you see, each challenge, each rejection, each heartbreaking moment hand-crafted me to be the successful leader I am today.
