Haille , appreciate you joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Being successful to me means having a balance between ambition, hard work, and fulfillment. It requires clear goals and staying disciplined to achieve them.
I value abundance, not just financially, but in love, family, and personal growth. So to me success is also about staying grounded: maintaining strong family connections, contributing to your community (like feeding the homeless), and carving out moments for self-care and joy. Staying active, embracing opportunities, and surrounding myself with positivity is just as essential as my drive to excel professionally.
Ultimately, success for me is creating a life where I’m thriving in all aspects, with the freedom to explore my passions while building a legacy of love and happiness.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’m Haille—a real estate agent with W Real Estate, Associate Director of a Dormitory at the Junior College in my area, and a signed model. I also serve as the Model Team Captain for TrapxArt, a role I’m super excited about because it allows me to be part of such a welcoming, empowering, and creative community. My journey blends real estate, marketing, and modeling, giving me a unique edge in branding, sales, and client engagement. What sets me apart is my ability to merge creativity with strategy, helping clients find homes, grow businesses, and build confidence in their brands. I’m most proud of my dedication to excellence and the real connections I create. Working with me means working with someone who truly cares about your success, whether in real estate, marketing, or creative expression.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Effective team management starts with clear communication, trust, and leading by example. I prioritize creating a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and motivated. Recognizing achievements, fostering collaboration, and ensuring each team member has the tools and support they need are key to maintaining high morale. I also believe in listening—understanding individual goals and challenges personally(if you’ve developed that repor) and professionally helps build a stronger, more connected team. When people feel appreciated and empowered, they perform at their best.

Have you ever had to pivot?
Pivoting has been a constant in my journey, both professionally and personally. While I can’t control everything, I’ve learned that I can control how I react—and that’s something I’m still working on. One example is balancing my roles in real estate, marketing, and modeling. Opportunities don’t always unfold as planned, and setbacks happen, but instead of resisting change, I’ve learned to adapt, reassess, and keep moving forward. Whether it’s shifting strategies in business, adjusting to market changes, or navigating personal growth, I embrace flexibility and view every challenge as a chance to evolve.
