Hailey, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today It’s always helpful to hear about times when someone’s had to take a risk – how did they think through the decision, why did they take the risk, and what ended up happening. We’d love to hear about a risk you’ve taken.

Moving from Nebraska to Arizona with my husband and daughter was a bold decision fueled by a desire for new opportunities and growth. It was a leap of faith, but one we took wholeheartedly. Establishing and running my own business in a new state was a challenge, but it also brought immense satisfaction and fulfillment. The journey taught us resilience, adaptability, and the importance of pursuing our dreams fearlessly. Despite the uncertainties, the experience has been incredibly rewarding, both personally and professionally.

My name is Hailey Hanke, a Certified Pulse PEMF Professional offering Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy to people and pets in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas. I’ve been on the journey of running my own business for three years, beginning with a deep connection to horses and since expanding to encompass people and pets.

What sets me apart is my personalized approach to treatment plans for each client, combined with a holistic background and genuine love for everyone I assist. I prioritize my clients’ wellness above all else, taking the initiative to tailor Sessions to fit their specific needs and ensuring they receive the best care possible. With a kind heart, I treat each client like family, aiming to provide not just a service, but a deeply caring and supportive experience.

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?

I believe resilience is paramount for success in my field. PEMF therapy remains relatively unknown, presenting challenges in building my business, especially when relocating to Arizona and essentially starting from scratch all over again! Despite these hurdles, I remain steadfast in spreading awareness about the benefits of PEMF. Educating others on its remarkable advantages brings me immense joy, compensating for the challenges of establishing a business in a niche modality. Ultimately, the satisfaction derived from aiding people and animals in feeling their best outweighs any obstacles encountered along the way.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

I’ve recently undergone a shift in mindset regarding business challenges. Previously, I believed these issues were solely external, but I’ve come to realize that my business is intricately linked to my personal growth. Understanding that my business reflects aspects of myself has led me to prioritize inner work and self-care. By pouring into my personal development, I’ve discovered that it directly correlates with the success of my business. This shift in perspective has been transformative, highlighting the importance of nurturing both my business and myself simultaneously.
