Hai, appreciate you joining us today. One thing we always find fascinating is how differently entrepreneurs think about revenue growth and cost reductions – both can be powerful ways to improve profitability. What do you spend more of your time and energy on?
I believe that both factors play an integral role within any business model. However, I believe that growing revenue matters more since that shows you are advancing each quarter or year. Cutting costs with out data (revenue) makes no sense since you are essentially working backwards in my opinion. As you scale on an annual basis I think it’s best to audit your financials and cut down costs when data is present. I spend more time in focusing growing revenue before cutting down unnecessary cost.
Hai, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Hai Dinho I am the founder of Everyday Biz Solutions LLC based in California. We primarily focus on business to business since we work hand in hand with business owners to provide a convenience towards consumers. We currently offer three types of services: vending machines, ATM machines and merchant processing. I got into this industry from trying to solve a problem. I stumbled across a store that required you to pay cash however I didn’t carry any with me. In my head, I could provide a solution for consumers by providing either an ATM or merchant processing that can accept apple pay or in this new age crypto. I am most proud of my company for growing at a proficient rate throughout the pandemic.

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?
Well this should be an easy answer! My business partner is my brother since no one will understand how and what I want besides him.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
What built our brand’s reputation was constantly communicating with our community on social media and constantly updating what we are up to.
