Alright, Gwendolyn thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your business sooner or later
I wish I had started my business earlier because we are going into a recession. I started with a bang and now sales has plummeted. I am forced to rethink and re-strategize my mission. I would have made some changes that would have cushioned the company
It can be done and now my aim is finding a market and offer what my customers want
What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?
This business started as a side hustle. We had to learn about equipment and tools that would work for us. We bought equipment,, then sold it because it was not a fit for our business. The right size press, the right mug press, were things we had to figure out.
Now we worked through the growing pains, we reevaluate after research and and studying the trends and market
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
We use email, google and different apps to grow our beautiful. Word of mouth had help us well based on our products
