At the height of the pandemic, I had a life-altering accident that left me struggling with severe memory loss for eight months. Despite countless medical treatments, nothing seemed to work. In a desperate moment, my cousin suggested trying sea moss, something I had nearly forgotten about despite its significance in my Jamaican culture. I thought, “Why not? I’ve tried everything else.”

To my amazement, just three days after incorporating sea moss into my daily routine, I began noticing significant improvements. My memory started to return, my energy levels soared, and the brain fog that had clouded my thoughts began to dissipate. It was a transformative experience, and I was beyond excited.
